雑誌が次々と休刊し、とくに児童文学は厳しい状況に置かれているなかで、児童文学の機関誌が創刊されます。
その機関誌に掲載される作品を募集しています。
全国の小中学校に無料配布されること、原稿用紙１５枚以内という制限から考えると、おそらくは読書の入口になるような作品を求めているのかな、と思います。
あまり正統的なものは教科書的になってしまいますし、かといって小中学校に置かれるのであまり教育的ではない作品もＮＧかと思われます。その当たりのさじ加減が難しいのかもしれませんが。
